(1) Vendor needs to provide underwriter banking services to the government authority located in Charleston, SC.  – Financing options and assist with structuring, marketing, pricing, underwriting, and closing the bond financing.– Analyze and present the projected debt–service savings, all–in true interest cost and key trade–offs of alternative structures and terms to support the authority's decision–making andboard approval.– Develop and execute rating–agency strategy and presentations, as applicable.– Develop marketing and pricing strategy, manage any syndicate of co–managers, commit capitalas required to underwrite the bonds, and provide pricing wires and order allotment informationfor authority approval.– Coordinate with bond counsel, issuer's and underwriter's counsel, the trustee, rating agency, the existing lender, and other transaction participants.– Prepare and review the preliminary and final official statements (POS/OS), bond resolutions, and other offering, disclosure, and closing documents, and coordinate continuing–disclosureundertakings.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.(3) This is a brief information; Main RFP Document is not available on our website.
