(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Olney, IL.– All restrooms will be thoroughly cleaned, including all walls, floors, toilets, and other fixtures.– An ammonia disinfectant is to be utilized in cleaning all rest room fixtures and floors.  – A stronger acid disinfectant is to be used for bowl cleaning.  – Extra rolls of toilet paper must be available in each stall daily.  – Paper towel dispensers, cloth towel dispensers, and soap dispensers are to be checked each day and filled when necessary.(2) Pre–bid walk through will be held on July 21, 2026.(3) this bid is for Small Business Set Aside Program vendors only.
