Sustainable land management by contour bank terraces/complete agroforestry in Kamegeri,Cyanika,Tare and Mbazi in Nyamagabe Distirct — Ecosystem-Based Restoration Approach for Nyungwe-Ruhango Corridor Project

Tender Notice (TN) / Invitation for Bids (IFB) NYAMAGABE District (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) funded by GOR towards the cost of Sustainable land management by contour bank terraces/complete agroforestry in Kamageri,Tare,Mbazi,Cyanika Nyamagabe District. NYAMAGABE District invites qualified bidders to submit bids for Sustainable land management by contour bank terraces/complete agroforestry in Kamageri,Tare,Mbazi,Cyanika Nyamagabe District as indicated in detail in the statement of Requirements. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from E-procurement system, Tender fees of 10,000 Rwf must be deposited to Account of “Rwanda Revenue Authority” generated in the E-procurement system . Tender Document may be obtained from E-procurement system (www .umucyo.gov.rw ). The Bid Security, issued by a bank or insurance company, is required. All bids, must reach the www.umucyo.gov.rw at the address mentioned above not later than the date specified in e-procurement system. Bids will be opened on the E-procurement system (www .umucyo.gov.rw) on date specified in e-procurement system. A site visit is scheduled and will be led by the representatives of Nyamagabe District on 11th September 2026 starting from 09:00 A.M in Nkumbure Cell in Tare Sector Note Site visit must be done by the key personnel/staff that the bidder will use in his/her bid or must be done by the managing director of company or Technical Director of company. Bidding will be conducted as specified in Law N° 031/2022 of 21/11/2022 of Law governing Public Procurement and Ministerial Order n° 001/23/10/ TC of 10/10/2023 establishing regulations governing public procurement. Participation is open on equal conditions to all specialized companies.
