Description
The City of Monterey (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified firms or individuals experienced in the evaluation and development of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) program and facility accessibility plans to provide professional services for the preparation of an update to the existing ADA Transition Plan for the City’s ADA policies, City programs, and City-owned parking lots, buildings, facilities, and public rights-of-way in compliance with the 2010 Americans with Disabilities Act Accessibility Guidelines (ADAAG) and the most current State of California accessibility requirements. An RFP for this project was originally released January 24, 2022 with a submission deadline of February 28, 2022 and is being reissued due to lack of proposals submitted in the first round. This formal RFP is being reissued March 7, 2022 with proposals due on April 18, 2022.
