(1) Vendor needs to provide general engineering services to the government authority located in Reading, PA.• Project management and construction assignments. Provide and manage a secure data management program. (i.e., share file or construction management software)• Assist and review development proposals and provide recommendations to the City Engineer or his designee, drafts and enforce development agreements with the Planning Department, assist with or manage the construction and performance of development related public improvements.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
