Arana Gulch Sewer Replacement, Phase 1 Habitat Restoration

The project location in the County of Santa Cruz is as follows: Unincorporated Santa Cruz County within Arana Gulch at two sites, one adjacent to Harbor High School and the other adjacent to Brookwood Drive. Work includes habitat restoration including site preparation, temporary irrigation system installation, planting, and 5 years post-installation maintenance at two locations within Arana Gulch to mitigate for plants previously removed as part of a sewer rehabilitation project. Complete the habitat restoration including site preparation, temporary irrigation system installation and planting within 90 working days. Complete 5 years of post-installation maintenance. The estimated cost of the project is $220,000.
