(1) Vendor needs to provide workers compensation and general liability programs actuarial services.• The firm selected shall perform an analysis of loss distributions across various loss layers and retention levels.• Provide analysis of frequency (number of claims per exposure), severity (average cost per claim) and loss rate (cost per exposure) by city department. Review frequency and severity by cause of loss.• Provide recommendations for funding by city department for next two fiscal years following subject year–end. The recommended fund should be based on expected loss payment in years projected.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 09, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for five years.
