(1) Vendor needs to provide federal legislative consulting services to the government authority located in Denton, TX.         – Provide federal legislative consulting services that support the federal advocacy, funding strategy, and policy engagement.– Consultant will serve as the federal representative, monitor legislative and regulatory developments, and provide strategic advice and advocacy in alignment with the priorities.– Provide at least annual in person federal affairs briefings and participate in virtual meetings as needed. – Liaise with the legislative and executive branches, federal agencies, and stakeholder organizations to communicate the priorities.– Advise on federal funding opportunities and assist with applications.– Consult to determine issues of specific interest and recommended policy positions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 03, 2026.          (3) The contract period will be for two years.
