(1) Vendor needs to provide education and outreach services to the government authority located in Vermont.– Implementation of the education, outreach and engagement elements of the flood safety act.– Development of a coordinated outreach, education and engagement strategy campaign regarding several efforts outlined in the flood safety act.– Create or support the creation of handouts, website content, or other educational materials to assist or facilitate the outreach, education and engagement.– Provide support and assistance to solicit and collect public feedback, questions, and information for two different rulemaking efforts outlined in the flood safety act.– Include support in organizing and facilitating public meetings or engagement, or assistance in the collection and compiling of public comment for use for consideration and responsiveness summaries.– Create or assist in the creation of educational training, tools, and educational resources and support materials for municipalities or the general public.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
