(1) Vendor needs to provide inmate healthcare service to the government authority located in Athens, AL.– To deliver high quality health care services that can be audited against established standards.– To operate the health care program in a cost–effective manner with full reporting and accountability to the County Sheriff and the County Commission.– To operate the health care program at staffing levels agreed–to, and use only licensed, certified and professionally trained personnel.– To implement a written health care plan with clear objectives, policies, and procedures.– To maintain an open and cooperative relationship with the administration and staff of the Jail.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
