Professional Carpet Cleaning Services

The County of San Mateo is seeking quotations from qualified vendors for comprehensive carpet cleaning services at two San Mateo County facilities. Both locations require a deep clean of all cubicle areas, office spaces, conference rooms, and hallways. Cost, conformity to technical specifications, and vendor availability for weekend scheduling will be considered. After a comprehensive evaluation of all quotations, a County purchase order is expected to be issued to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. To be considered "responsive and responsible," the vendor must: Attend the mandatory site walkthroughs for both facilities. Demonstrate the capability to perform restorative deep-cleaning on carpets with long-term heavy soiling. Provide a written statement that vendor agrees to return to the site(s) at no additional cost to retreat any stains that reappear within 72 hours of the initial cleaning.
