(1) Vendor needs to provide historic preservation architectural and design services to the government authority located in Albany, NY.– Site visits, conditions assessments, and photo documentation. – Measured drawings and as–built documentation. – Identification of character–defining features and materials. – Historic structure reports and building histories. – Schematic design, design development, and construction documents for rehabilitation. – Exterior envelope design: facades, storefronts, masonry, cornices, roofs, porches, windows, and doors. – Interior rehabilitation and adaptive reuse layouts that preserve significant features. – Feasibility studies and reuse options for specific buildings. – Community and stakeholder presentations.
