(1) Vendor needs to provide solid waste engineering and environmental professional services include, but are not limited to, sanitary landfill design and permitting, landfill gas system design and permitting, water quality sampling and analysis, wetland delineation, threatened and endangered species surveys to the government authority located in Santa Rosa, FL.– Solid Waste Engineering & Design• Class I and Class III landfill cell design, expansion, closure, and permitting• Landfill construction plans, specifications, and permitting support• Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) services• Fill sequencing, fill plan preparation, and operating plan modifications• Airspace calculations and remaining life analyses– Landfill Gas & Air Quality Services• Landfill gas collection and control system design and evaluation• Preparation of engineering plans, specifications, and permit applications– Environmental Monitoring & Compliance• Groundwater, surface water, and leachate sampling and analysis• Data evaluation and preparation of regulatory reports– Geotechnical & Hydrogeologic Services• Geotechnical engineering investigations and analysis• Hydrogeologic evaluations and reporting(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
