(1) Vendor needs to provide effluent management system.• The Effluent Management System will consist of eleven (11) infiltration wetland cells inaddition to a back–up discharge.• Design Services:1. Complete design of the Effluent Management System utilizing the conceptual plans as currently completed and having preliminary approval by agency.2. Preparation of all drawings, specifications and other contract documents necessary for bidding the work described above.3. Preparation, submission, and acquisition of all necessary permits needed for bid advertisement for the above work in accordance with appropriate laws, regulations, and rules.• Host pre–bid conferences.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 09, 2026.
