(1) Vendor needs to provide DNA sequencing system to the government authority located in London, OH. – The vendor shall provide a new, commercially available, manufacturer–supported DNA sequencing system capable of human whole–genome sequencing and supporting forensic genetic genealogy applications.– The proposed solution shall include all equipment, software, licenses, accessories, reagents, consumables, documentation, installation, training, warranty, and technical support required for a complete and operational system.– The proposed system shall:• Fit on a laboratory benchtop and not exceed 30 inches wide by 30 inches deep by 30 inches high and shall not exceed 350 pounds.• Perform human whole–genome sequencing and support forensic genetic genealogy applications.• Support multiple commercially available flow cell configurations on the same platform.• Support commercially available flow cell configurations spanning an output range from at least 10 Gb to at least 540 Gb per flow cell or run.• Support read lengths up to 2 × 300 bp.• Complete required sequencing runs within 48 hours.• Include integrated onboard informatics.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 13, 2026.
