The Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), State Coordinating Office (SCO) Kano, an implementing agency of the Client intends to apply a portion of the proceeds of this credit to eligible payments under the contract for Feed Formulation Equipment in Kano State. Payments by the Bank will be made only at the request of the Livestock Productivity and Resilience Support Project (L-PRES), Kano State Coordinating Office (SCO) and upon approval by the Bank, and will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the financing agreement. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Procurement using Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers - Procurement in Investment Projects Financing (IPF), Revised Edition of February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), address available on www.worldbank.org/procure and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations. 5.
