Description
The City of St. Petersburg is requesting quotes from qualified vendors to replace flooring in the Lake Maggiore Environmental Education Center at Boyd Hill Nature Preserve. The vendor must install thick glue-down luxury vinyl tile. Vinyl self-adhesive trim must replace the existing vinyl trim. The vendor must place an underlayment patch and skim coat over old floors, and no damage on old flooring should be visible through new flooring. The nature center will be divided into three phases for this project. Installation of new flooring/trim must be completed in each phase before beginning the next phase.
