Hollywood Tidal Flooding Mitigation and Shoreline Protection Sites 3,4,5,11, 12,7,8,14,15 & 16 FDEP 22FRP13

Work under this Contract consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to furnish, deliver and install marine works as shown in the plans titled Tidal Floding Mitigation and Shoreline Protection, Sites 3, 4, 5,11, 12,7,8,14,15 & 16 in a competent and professional manner and in compliance with all applicable safety and technical related codes and laws. The scope generally includes approximately 685 LF of NZ-14 Steel Sheet Pile, 793 LF of pile cap, drainage pipe work, earthwork, concrete boat ramp, floating dock, mangrove trimming, landscaping and related work. This project is funded with Federal Funds via the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection. This solicitation shall be subject to Federal procurement standards as defined under Sections 200.317 through 200.327 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR), including all contract provisions/clauses under Section 200.327 of the CFR. As the project’s Federal Funds are more than $10,000,000 from the SLFRF , the Build America, Buy America Act and Davis-Bacon Act does apply to this project
