(1) Vendor needs to provide road and parking lot reconstruction service to the government authority located in Peoria, IL. • Site demo: Removal of existing pavement, curb and gutter.• Earthwork: Excavation as required, grading, preparation of aggregate base and compaction.• Site pavement: New curb and gutter, new pavement.• Misc site storm: Some slight modifications to inlets may be required.• Landscaping / seeding restoration: Restore disturbed areas due to construction.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 11, 2026. (3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 8, 2026.
