(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural services to the government authority located in Old Saybrook, CT.• To provide architectural services in connection with the renovations and addition to the acton public library.• All Architectural Services must be provided with the highest level of professional skill, care, and judgment and in compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements.• The Building Committee to develop schematic design and the Project plan.• Develop Schematic Design Documents that include plans, sketches and details to communicate the intended design.• Produce documents and layouts which visualize elements of the conceptual design and project plan drawings until the selection committee and town are satisfied with the overall direction, layout, and functional aspects of the project.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026.
