(1) Vendor needs to provide grant funded school–based behavioral health clinician services to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA.• Be present within the assigned school building(s) during the standard school day and school calendar unless otherwise approved.• Maintain an active therapeutic caseload of approximately twenty students receiving ongoing individual and family therapy services weekly/bi–weekly as determined by need. Caseload may vary based on student acuity and school needs.• Provide evidence–based diagnostic assessment, treatment planning, individual therapy, family therapy, and group interventions.• Maintain all required clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, discharge summaries, and service documentation according to agency, licensure, and payer requirements.• Maintain communication with parents and/or legal guardians regarding treatment goals, engagement, and progress.– School based support• Support continuity of care for students identified through suicide risk assessment processes, behavioral crisis response, threat assessment processes and behavioral health referral pathways• Support development and problem solving of individualized intervention and support plans for students experiencing behavioral health concerns in need of mental health support or targeted intervention(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 8, 2026.
