(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Sparks, NV.1. Project management plan:– Organization and personnel management, coordination, and interaction with the project team, inclusive of methods and procedures to ensure all Project team members and stakeholders are aware and aligned in each respective role for project delivery success.– Methods, procedures, or process flow charts intended to manage its preconstruction services and activities, daily coordination, risk resolution, and general project management.– The plan shall document applicable references and definitions, requirements that describe methods and workflow processes, management and staff responsibilities, and an approach to measure, analyze, and improve results or output.2. Preconstruction kickoff workshop:– The CMAR contractor shall attend the project’s kickoff workshop, which will orient the Project team on the project details, review project defining questions, discuss the CMAR delivery method specific to this project, and discuss needs of the project stakeholders.3. Constructability reviews:– The CMAR contractor shall develop and submit its design submittal review log and related plan markups and then lead the constructability reviews for noted design submittals/packages to inform design optimization and each related pricing milestone period.4. Risk management:– The CMAR contractor shall identify, quantify, document, and implement project (including design and construction) risks and risk avoidance, reduction, and mitigation strategies, as well as monitor and provide written input into a Project risk register.5. Innovation/value engineering management:– Work includes collecting (from any member of the project team), evaluating, and presenting project–specific ideas (for agency approval) that will offer the best overall value in terms of cost, schedule, and quality enhancements.
