(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation network company supplemental services to the government authority located in Greensboro, NC.– Innovative use of TNC (Transportation Network Company) vehicles that:• Provide and enhance the outlined services, specifically, to receive, process, and accept ride requests via mobile app or telephone and dispatch, and provide and complete rides for qualifying riders• Develops improved customer experience and provides broader and more convenient access between home and destinations within the city• Reduces overall costs to the City of Greensboro by creating a financially and operationally feasible service model• Delivers upon the basic civil rights principles of equity and accessibility inherent in public transportation• Contains the ability to house secure data and personal information of customers.– Additionally, the new services shall:• Provide a payment system that seamlessly subsidizes TNC trips and includes banked and unbanked riders• Accept credit or debit card, or prepaid card payment through a mobile phone app–based reservation process(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 7, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
