(1) Vendor needs to provide constable services to the government authority located in Boston, MA. – Provide constable services with respect to the service of legal process and the levy on execution of judgment, under the direction of the general counsel or his designee.– Service of summary process summons and complaints.– Service of subpoenas for witnesses.– Service of short orders of notice on request for injunctive relief.– Service of notices to quit, terminations, factual statements, summaries of private conferences, or other documents.– Service of forty–eight–hour notices of intent to levy on executions.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
