– Vendor needs to provide conflict tax appeal attorney service to the government authority located in Roseland, NJ. – Provide conflict tax appeal attorney to professional services to the borough to defend claims assigned by the borough council.– Represent and defend the borough at all county tax board and new jersey tax court appeal proceedings.– Attend periodic meetings with the borough tax assessor and other representatives of the government, as requested.– Confer with and advise the assessor, borough council and borough officials as to real property tax appeal legal questions affecting the borough, and render formal written legal opinions in real property tax appeal legal matters affecting the borough, when called upon to do so by the tax assessor, borough council or borough officials.
