(1) Vendor needs to provide social skills curriculum services for students with disabilities to the government authority located in Des Moines, IA.– Curriculum materials that support social skills instruction for all students with disabilities, with emphasis on students with significant cognitive disabilities.– Evidence–based design and effectiveness: The curriculum must demonstrate a research– based approach to social skills instruction. – Comprehensive social skills instruction: The curriculum should have a clear scope and sequence across developmental levels.
