(1) Vendor needs to provide behavior intervention counselor service to the government authority located in Scottsdale, AZ.            – Provides comprehensive early childhood mental health and behavioral support services to children enrolled in the Early Childhood Education Center, including Head Start, Early Head Start, and Child Care and Development Fund programs.– The behavior intervention counselor promotes positive social–emotional development, supports children experiencing behavioral challenges, strengthens family and staff capacity, and ensures services are delivered in accordance with the agency, tribal policies, and evidence–based practices.– The behavior intervention counselor works collaboratively with children, families, educators, Family Services, Health Services, and community partners to provide a trauma–informed, culturally responsive, and relationship–based approach to supporting the whole child.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 23, 2026.
