INSU-6531 - USA (Beaverton, Oregon) - Insurance Broker Agent of Record Service - Deadline October 26,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance broker agent of record service to the government authority located in Beaverton, OR.– Analyze and evaluate loss exposures arising from district operations, including existing, new, and proposed projects, contracts, business plans, and activities.– Develop practical, innovative, and cost–effective risk–treatment strategies, including risk mitigation, risk transfer, and risk–financing alternatives.– Claims administration assist the district with timely and complete submission of claims and supporting information to insurers, as needed.– Employee health and safety assist the district, as requested, in evaluating and resolving worker–safety, liability, property–loss–control, and related safety issues.– Insurance administration provide an annual coverage schedule identifying each policy, insurer, policy number, premium, coverage summary, limits, material terms and conditions, exclusions, retentions, and deductibles.– Brokerage services develop and document insurance–marketing and renewal strategies aligned with the district’s risk–financing objectives.– Prepare market–ready submission materials, including underwriting data, specifications, exposure information, and other materials required to place commercial insurance or evaluate self–retention alternatives.
