(1) Vendor needs to provide ERP, historical archive, and decommissioning solution.– Provide a comprehensive historical archive solution and associated decommissioning services for the retirement of the Infor or ERP platform. – solution shall preserve historical business information, maintain required regulatory and operational records, and provide secure, user–friendly access to archived data throughout its retention lifecycle.– Historical finance, supply chain, human resources, payroll, benefits, and related records are complete, accurate, reconciled, secure, searchable, and available to authorized users.– Satisfy audit, tax, grant, payroll, employment, legal, public–records, and regulatory requests without operating the legacy ERP.– Applications and supporting technology are retired through approved phase gates with rollback and evidence of completion.– Retention, legal hold, disposition, access, monitoring, backup, recovery, and support processes are documented and operational.– Support teams receive complete knowledge transfer, runbooks, administrative training, and ownership of agreed work products.– Historical information remains readily accessible to authorized users through an intuitive, self–service archive platform.– Business users can independently search, view, retrieve, report on, and export historical records without requiring technical assistance.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 21, 2026.
