Vendor needs to provide director support services.• This contract shall provide support services in the areas of administration, financial and personnel management, legal support, marketing, and public relations.• As part of these services and to ensure a streamlined and consistent voice for the agency, the contract will also support the digital public communications platform development, security, and maintenance services as well as recruitment marketing communications support.• The objective is to support the mission by obtaining highly skilled digital communications specialists, program managers, data analysts, multimedia specialists, web architect and systems support services, social media marketing specialists, and other administrative personnel.• The services will support in the areas of public affairs, financial and personnel management, recruitment marketing, federal legal support, web development support, and other administrative matters as mission needs evolve over the life of the contract.
