The City of Mercer Island is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for construction services associated with the Project Title project, located at What is the project location? . Sealed bids must be received electronically by the City no later than Response Submission Time on Response Submission Date . Contractors are responsible for allowing sufficient time for electronic transmission to ensure timely receipt. Late submittals will not be accepted. There will be no public bid opening. Bid results will be posted on the Procurement Portal. Work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to: Provide a brief description of the scope of work requested as part of this ATB. .
