MEDI-8144 - USA (Santa Fe, New Mexico) - Clinical Guidance and Training Services - Deadline October 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide clinical guidance and training services to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM.– Provide clinical guidance for navigators within the connect Network, as well as interdisciplinary team development and meeting facilitation.– Develop and implement a plan with framework to promote trauma informed care, client engagement, person–centered planning, and create and maintain professional boundaries within the navigation educational and meeting series.– Provide clinical guidance and professional development activities that would be added to the structure of six navigation meetings.– Provide clinical guidance and meeting facilitation (minimum of 50 hours per quarter).(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 2, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
