FIRE-1991 - USA (Salisbury, Maryland) - Fire Safety System Monitoring, Inspections Service - Deadline November 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide fire safety system monitoring, inspections service to the government authority located in Salisbury, MD.– Provide inspection and testing of the fire suppression system, the fire detection and notification system, the pre–action fire suppression system, the kitchen hood suppression system, and their related components in accordance with the timeframes and requirements of the standards referenced herein. – Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, transportation, insurance and permits necessary to provide repairs, adjustments, preventive maintenance, and emergency services for all fire suppression, fire alarm, and dry fire pre–action system.– Breakdowns and shutdowns, such as electrical troubles, plumbing leaks, valve failure, electrical or mechanical adjustments, will not keep the fire systems out of service longer than one (1) day (24 hours).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
