(1) Vendor needs to provide asset valuation and sponsorship consultant service. – A consulting partner with extensive expertise in sponsorship strategy development and asset evaluation.– Comprehensive asset inventory audit and value the existing and potential agency sponsorship assets for their return on investment and return on objectives opportunities.– Valuation methodology develop a competitive, fair market valuation methodology that will enable to achieve long–term sponsorships for each identified asset.– Audience and media outreach analyse the audience and media impressions that shows how the sponsorship would benefit the owner and the sponsor.– Review all current advertising and sponsorship agreements to determine conflicts with the new potential sponsorships.– Recommended sponsor engagement strategies.(2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 27, 2026.
