(1) Vendor needs to provide fingerprint, portrait, signature equipment maintenance services to the government authority located in Huntsville, TX.– Seeks to obtain a turnkey solution for fingerprint portrait signature (FPS) on an as needed.– FPS shall be used to capture one or more of the following biometric data: flat fingerprints,portraits, signatures as well as other biographic information associated with applicants for thedepartment services.– Install and successfully complete and demonstrate within a department specified environment a proof–of–concept implementation of FPS final hardware solution and POC software.– FPS shall support in–bound and out–bound web service calls to the Department.– Capacity to store usage statistics for a minimum of 180 calendar days, to exclude Personally Identifiable Information.– FPS shall place a web services call to the appropriate Department's system to retrieve existingdata and biometrics for the applicant.– Generate at S0Oppi, an EBTS Type 14 identification flat record.– FPS shall capture the digitized signature of the applicant and produce an image meeting type 8 Record compatibility.
