– Vendor needs to provide appraisal services to the government authority located in Paterson, NJ. – Review of relevant environmental, geotechnical and wetlands studies.– Submission of appraisal reports to the city.– Provide testimony during informal and formal proceedings if required.– Attendance at status report conferences, as needed.– Attendance at any other meetings or hearings as the city may require.– Interact with applicable city personnel and other governmental agencies, as required.– Provide a range of other specialized appraisal services which may be needed by the city.
