(1) Vendor needs to provide design professional services to the government authority located in Utah.– Provide architectural, engineering and consulting services.• Evaluation of potential building locations and recommendation of a preferred site • Programming and schematic design in coordination with district representatives • Design development and construction documents for the fieldhouse and parking garage • Cost estimating at each design phase, with value engineering as needed • Proposed project phasing, scheduling, budget, and other key project management elements, including major milestones • Evaluating the potential building locations and recommending a preferred site. • Designing the fieldhouse over the parking garage, including the long–span roof structure, waterproofing between levels, garage ventilation, and vehicle traffic and circulation on and around the site. (2) A mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on November 9, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
