(1) Vendor needs to provide printing, direct mail processing and lettershop services to the government authority located in Providence, RI. – Printing and mail–processing vendors to establish a pool of contracted printers for comprehensive printing, lettershop, presort and mailing services.– Annual lead service line statutory mailings estimated annual volume: approximately 45,000 mail pieces annually.– General utility printing and ongoing services participating pool vendors will be called upon for as–needed printing, binding, fulfilment, and mailing for routine communications based on their quoted lead times, geographic proximity, and production availability.– Insert pages multi–page document inserts typically up to 5 sheets of8.5“×11“, printed 4/4 color on both sides.– Public and legal notices bill inserts, customer advisories, boil water alerts, andgeneral regulatory notices.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
