(1) Vendor needs to provide salesforce test automation services.• Seamless end–to–end functionality and across these different modules and changes from customization and with external services.• AI–powered test automation with failure analysis, screenshot and video playback allowing for streamlined defect tracking.• Adaptability across platforms and UI layers of the Salesforce’s dynamic frames, elements and database–driven tables.• Selectable datasets for testing variations using variables• Automation tool capabilities: Ability to handle shadow DOM, dynamic element IDs, and metadata–driven testing.• Unit testing: Focuses on individual components, typically Apex code and triggers, to ensure they work as expected. Salesforce requires a minimum of 75% code coverage for deployment.• Integration testing: Verifies seamless interaction between different modules or external services integrated with Salesforce.• Regression testing: Automates repetitive tests to quickly confirm that new changes haven't negatively impacted existing functionalities.• End–to–end testing: Validates complete business processes that span across multiple systems and applications from a user's perspective.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 30, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
