Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre conclu avec un seul opérateur économique fixant toutes les stipulations contractuelles, conformément aux articles R2162-1 et suivants, R 2162-13 et R 2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique, et exécuté au fur et à mesure de l'émission de bons de commande comportant un montant maximum annuel de 40 000 euros HT, toutes prestations incluses. // L'accord cadre est conclu pour une période d'un an à compter du 01/01/2027, ou de la date de notification si elle est postérieure. Il sera reconductible tacitement 3 fois, par période d'un an. // Il s'agit d'un marché de fournitures comportant des prestations de service.
