(1) Vendor needs to provide construction inspection and management services to the government authority located in Michigan.– Project is to provide abatement, demolition, waste disposal, and site protection and restoration of blighted and/or dangerous structures.– This project consists of building and site demolition and disposal of buildings and basement/foundation, including backfill of the excavated area, secure all necessary permits(Demolition, water/sewer cut, soil erosion and any other required by the local unit of government), and disconnect water and sewer utilities or cap wells and abandonment of septictanks.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
