(1) Vendor needs to provide Medicaid cost reporting consulting services.• The contractor will review current cost reporting methodologies used for developmental centers and county board waiver programs, advise on strategy, compliance risks, and potential improvements to enhance accuracy and maximize allowable reimbursement, and deliver training to division staff on Medicaid cost reporting fundamentals.• Review county board data collection processes and recommend modifications to reduce complexity, enhance consistency, and align with best practices.• Evaluate cost allocation methods, statistical bases, identification of direct and indirect costs, and documentation requirements.• Recommend and assist in developing revised cost reporting methodologies, including updated allocation bases, documentation templates, and supporting schedules as needed.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
