(1) Vendor needs to provide GPS system for golf carts to the government authority located in KY. – The GPS system is to include a touch screen on each cart as well as the management software installed for staff use.– GPS unit must meet the following requirements:– Screen size: At least 9 inches, measured diagonally.– Mounting: centre front of the underside of each golf cart roof.– Weather resistance: Suitable for continuous outdoor storage, including sub–zero temperatures, rain, sleet, snow, ice, and temperatures above 100°F.– Power source: Wired to draw power from the golf cart.– Operation: Power on and off with the cart ignition.– GPS software:– Describe the proposed GPS software, including system requirements for golf–course computers, tablets, and smartphones.– Golf course mapping.– Golf cart tracking.– Geofencing alerts.– Messaging.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 5, 2026.
