(1) Vendor needs to provide sports betting audit service to the government authority located in Denver, CO.• Sports Betting Operator Tax Revenue Sports betting operators are required to pay a 10 percent tax on net sports betting proceeds• These free bet exclusions started to be phased out beginning in Fiscal Year 2025, as a result of House Bill 25–1311, with free bet exclusions being eliminated altogether by Fiscal Year 2027.• Provide data for individual transactions.• Division of Gaming operations and the expenses of regulating sports betting(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
