(1) Vendor needs to provide advanced threat warning and common infrared countermeasure development support system• Providing continued contractor software and engineering development services for the Advanced Threat Warning System (ATWS) fielded detection, and the Common Infrared Countermeasure (CIRCM) systems.• Potential sources must address how they will provide these services without access to the Northrop Grumman technical data and software for the system.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
