(1) Vendor needs to provide lab relocation services to the government authority located in Detroit, MI.– The development of new laboratory procedures, changes in crime trends and political considerations all tend to influence the type of laboratory work and quantities of evidence and samples being processed in the laboratory.– All laboratory sections should include separate report–writing workstation areas near their laboratory space.– The facility is to be designed so that guided tours of the laboratory can be conducted at the option and discretion of the laboratory.(2) Pre–bid Walk will be held on September 15, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 22, 2026.
