TRAVEL-1644 - USA (North Carolina) - Extended Stay Hotel Management Services - Deadline July 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide extended stay hotel management services to the government authority located in North Carolina.– Operate the property as a low barrier extended stay hotel, where income from room rents covers all operating expenses. o Collect rents and manage the Operating Account – Establish and enforce tenancy agreements – Provide housekeeping services – Hire and train sufficient staff to run the operations – Manage outside vendors for required services such as internet, laundry, pest control, or major repairs – Maintain the property, ensuring systems remain operational and the property is free of code violations. – Provide access to high quality voluntary supportive services to all residents. – The Property has existing housekeeping and maintenance staff.– Existing staff and add property management staff through this agreement. Proposers must submit a staffing plan that adequately describes how the property will be managed and staffed.– Software system will be used and describe its capabilities to perform the following functions: • Payment tracking. • Financial reports. • Occupancy reports. • Rent delinquency reports. • Resident and individual room reports. (2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on June 3, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 10, 2026.
