(1) Vendor needs to provide photography services. – Provide on–call photography services for city events, council meetings, and other as–needed city events.– Utilizes iconic, structural, event, portrait and artistic photography for brochures, websites, marketing, quarterly reports, etc.– Photographer would need to be available to shoot these events and or programs on an as–needed basis.– City–Sponsored Special Events:• Provide photography coverage for city special events as directed by the city.• Services include partial or full–event coverage based on city direction.– City Programs:• Provide photography services for city programs, activities, and community initiatives on an as–needed basis.• Scheduling and coverage requirements shall be established by the city.– City Council Meetings:• Provide photography services for city council meetings, generally held on alternating Tuesdays at 5:00 p.m. at city hall.– On–Call and As–Needed Services:• Provide on–call photography services for unscheduled or short–notice assignments.• Press conferences. • Emergency response events.• Public information announcements.• Community outreach or special city needs.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.
