(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development, deployment, hosting, migration, implementation maintenance and support using content management system. • Provide comprehensive e–business services including, but not limited to: internet site design and maintenance; writing, graphic design and editing services; web hosting, site and server maintenance; 24/7 cross–platform technical support, consulting, integration, database development and administration. • Ensure continued service and website integration of AI Chat Bot• Facilitate content publishing and any edits or updates to the Content Management System (CMS) as needed.• 24x7 Cross–platform technical support, consulting, integration, Mac networking, printing and maintenance services.• Remote public web site troubleshooting available 24/7.• Enhancement and maintenance of all existing web–based administration tools for internet site.• Design and engineering of customized database tools• Perform incremental backups of all website files, databases, configurations, and related system data at least once every 24 hours.• Manage web hosting servers (Patch updates and OS).• Perform full website backups at least once every seven days.• Provide production/staging environments for large changes and developments for testing and feedback.• Help transfer, manage and maintain Google account services for analytics and reporting, and website embedded Google Maps implementation(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Sep 22, 2026.
