(1) Vendor needs to provide red–light camera traffic infraction detector system to the government authority located in Orlando, FL.• Providers of red–light camera traffic infraction detector systems, to provide red–light camera traffic infraction detectors (RLCTID) systems for approaches at city designated intersections controlled by traffic signals. • The installation, maintenance, operation, and repair of the RLCTID Systems, and for providing the related software and services. • To include the city’s existing RLCTID Systems network.• Include the replacement, buyout, and installation of RLCTID Systems and provide the Front–of–the–Office operational support services.• Processing software for processing, reviewing, and loading event records before releasing any traffic events to the city for review by a traffic enforcement officer.• Include all hardware and software needed to process Traffic Events, support services, and software tools for capturing and processing violations.• The operational hours of use per camera, the results shall be achieved by each camera at each site, and offenses recorded by each site daily.• The traffic volume count of vehicles, crash data, false positive triggers, time on the system, officers' issuance rate, and crash trend analysis.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026. (3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 28, 2026.
